
My mindset is deeply ingrained in Happenstance Theory - the belief that when the unexpected happens, it’s up to us to create something meaningful from it.
Grounded in the philosophy of Narrative Therapy, I believe you can always take the pen back in your hand, no matter how 'off track' life may feel. This has been the 'Red Thread' of my life: from balancing university administration roles at the University of Iceland while earning my Master’s in Career and Guidance Counseling, to building and selling a successful wellness business.
Now, back in the U.S., I am returning to my roots in the university setting while maintaining this platform as a space for my passion projects.
