How do I access the workouts?
All workouts are available on my YouTube channel. Inside the eBook, simply click the workout image or the direct link provided - it will take you straight to the video so you can follow along with me.
Can I do this postpartum?
Yes but I recommend core and pelvic floor work first and lower intensity workouts. For example my CORE for Moms Plan and RESET 14 Low Intensity Plan. Always get cleared by your doctor first.
Is this coaching?
